Ed has been a fully qualified level 5 Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage therapist since 2013 and he is Certified in using Osteopathic and Chiropractic techniques. He is an Advanced Personal Trainer with nearly 20 years of experience in the sports/fitness industry.

He is also a part time PE Teacher at Lochinver House School in Potters Bar.

He gained his Diploma from the renowned LSSM (London School of Sports Massage) and works at The LSE Treatment Clinic in Central London. Ed is also a member of the ISRM (Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage)

Ed has experience working with a vast array of clients ranging from ones who play contact sports, to gym goers and those just looking for some stress relief and to relax. He has worked closely with footballers from the A.F.A, S.A.L and Old Owens F.C providing pre/during and post-match treatment and is qualified in Sports support, kinesiology taping and Chinese cupping therapy. He is a Crossfit coach and a level 3 personal trainer. He has vast experience working with injured patients offering not only treatment but helping their rehabilitation to get back to full fitness.

Ed is a keen sportsman and has played most contact sports at club level. He still coaches football and rugby at a local school. He takes his functional training seriously and works out regularly. With experience running 9 marathons as well as numerous outdoor adrenaline events such as Tough Guy and Toughmudder he has the knowledge to help guide you back to full health.
